LPR Rubric

The rubric, developed with community input, is used by librarian-raters to determine points a publisher earns for their practices, resulting in a publisher’s overall score. Based on that score, a publisher is placed into one of four tiers. LPR Tier 1 partners have practices strongly aligned with library values. LPR Tier 4 partners have practices that, compared to other publishers, are least aligned with library values. Read more about our process.
